Last night Evelyn woke up at 3am screaming bloody murder. It was awful. She had a very scared look in her eye and nothing I did could help her calm down. It was very out-of-character; I thought she might have had a bad dream. I rocked her and nursed her and she eventually fell back asleep.
About 30 minutes ago, my mother-in-law called to say she could feel a rough little tooth poking out of Evelyn's gum! Her first tooth! How exciting! Now it makes sense why she was so inconsolable last night. Poor little baby.
She is getting so big. I can't wait to go home and feel her tooth for myself!
