Spring has sprung here in Colorado, which means the flowers are starting to come out of the ground, the bushes are all budding, and we have a massive snowstorm to deal with. The forecast for my area is 12-15 inches before tomorrow morning. I think we have 3 or 4 at this point. I am working from home, Jon is out running an errand before the snow gets too bad, and Evelyn is napping. This is her second good nap of the morning, almost like she knows that when it is this cold and snowy you just have to settle in and nap.
This is the first, and probably the last, big snowstorm of the entire season. It has been really warm and dry all winter. I think I will take a "snow day" and stop working around noon. Maybe we can get Evelyn all bundled up and go explore the neighborhood in the snow!
